Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings include a free, no-obligation quote, provided before confirming your appointment.
No upfront deposit is required—your booking is confirmed once the quote is accepted.
Full payment is due within 24 hours of service completion. An invoice will be issued on the same day the cleaning is completed.
Invoices will include a breakdown of services provided and any agreed-upon extras (e.g., carpet cleaning, additional rooms).
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, PayID, or cash. Payment details will be listed on your invoice.
A $20 late fee may apply if payment and proof of payment (receipt or confirmation) are not received within 3 business days of invoice issuance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via phone or email. Failure to do so may result in limitations on future bookings.
