Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings include a free, no-obligation quote, provided before confirming your appointment.

  • No upfront deposit is required—your booking is confirmed once the quote is accepted.

  • Full payment is due within 24 hours of service completion. An invoice will be issued on the same day the cleaning is completed.

  • Invoices will include a breakdown of services provided and any agreed-upon extras (e.g., carpet cleaning, additional rooms).

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, PayID, or cash. Payment details will be listed on your invoice.

  • A $20 late fee may apply if payment and proof of payment (receipt or confirmation) are not received within 3 business days of invoice issuance.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via phone or email. Failure to do so may result in limitations on future bookings.
